So I went back to Xfinity twice, went over the procedure again and again but the send/receive tests continue to fail. They ended up saying it must be a Comcast/Xfinity problem. Was on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour with them. After no success with the first call to Comcast tech support, they said to contact Microsoft support as it must be an Outlook problem. To Comcast Tech Support 3 times and gone over the procedures with them but nothing works. Since then, I have just been checking my emails at Comcast's website but prefer being able to have them downloaded from Comcast to Outlook. Now suddenly I can't receive or send e-mails through Outlook.
